National Service Scheme (NSS)
- NSS unit of 100 students headed by experienced faculty members are functioning to develop dignity of labour, social servicing mentality and sensitivity to an awareness of social causes among our students.
- NSS programmes are also contributing to impart value based education. In total it is our primary duty to provide education guided by both Soul and Mind. Moral education is imperative to prevent to the students from becoming anti-social and social misfits. We have to transform them as good citizens through importing moral education.
- The role of students in the community development through NSS and other programmes. The extension activities are carried out in collaboration with Government Organization (GO’s) and Non-government Organization (NGO’s) to coordinate the concept of community orientation.
